Wirtz Beverage Nevada Joins Breakthru Beverage Group State operation becomes Breakthru Beverage Nevada

Breakthru Beverage formally expands its holdings today as Wirtz Beverage Nevada joins the company as Breakthru Beverage Nevada.  The Nevada transition follows the completion of a significant state licensing process. Breakthru Beverage Group was formed January 1, 2016 through the combination of holdings by Charmer Sunbelt Group and Wirtz Beverage Group.  The company and its affiliates span markets across the US and Canada, representing a broad portfolio of premier wine, spirits and beer brands.

Wirtz Beverage Nevada will now operate as Breakthru Beverage Nevada.  Joe Marotta, West Region President, will oversee the market in coordination with Scott Blazek, Senior Vice President, Breakthru Beverage Nevada.

The sales consultants, specialists, and wine, spirits and beer brand portfolios customers are accustomed to will remain unchanged. The company will also maintain existing facilities in Las Vegas and Reno and will employ more than 500 associates statewide.

“We will continue to expand our footprint with a unified approach to the executional, operational and brand building excellence our supplier partners are looking for,” concluded Baird.
