November 28th marks National French Toast Day, and NYC’s Egg Shop is ‘toasting’ the day with a decadent twist on a breakfast staple. Their French Toast Sundae starts off with a brioche base that is piled high with vanilla gelato, strawberry compote, toasted almonds, cardamom whipped cream, maple syrup, and caramel sauce.
