The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas has introduced a new In-Room Dining menu which meets travelers’ increasing desire for customizable in-room cuisine and hearty flavors specific to the Lone Star State.
The hotel’s new In-Room Dining menu features the addition of several popular Texas selections, from Texas Grapefruit Brûlée for breakfast, to all-day offerings of Chilaquiles with Smoked Short Rib Hash, Mini-Elk Sausage Corn Dogs with Dr Pepper Barbecue Sauce, “Sous Vide” Beef Tacos, Short Ribs Braised with Texas’ Own Shiner Bock Beer, and Texas Pecan Pie.
Further innovations to the hotel’s in-room dining are inspired by guests who wish to hand-select basic ingredients or simple dishes they would typically enjoy at home. The hotel’s in-room dining menu hence allows guests to design their own burgers, salads, pasta, and breakfast dishes, with a broad selection of choices available for custom-ordering. A Make Your Own Burger option features a wide range of meat, cheese, vegetable, condiment and vegetarian options, while a fresh Make Your Own Salad selection includes choices of lettuce (tossed or chopped), meats such as shrimp and beef tenderloin, and cheese and fresh garden vegetables to add at will. For lovers of pasta dishes, preferences may be indicated for meat, sauce, cheese and the pasta itself, topped by a rich array of enhancement choices including kalamata olives, artichokes and grilled zucchini. Even breakfast guests have a chance to personalize, as Make Your Own Eggs Benedict can be ordered from The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas in-room dining menu.
