Since March of this year, beer enthusiasts in the Russian capital can discover and enjoy typical Bavarian lifestyle with freshly brewed Paulaner beer and traditional cuisine.
“By opening a Bräuhaus in the heart of Moscow, we are continuing to expand our globally successful gastro-concept,” beams Jürgen Schenk, chief executive for the Paulaner Bräuhaus Consult GmbH in Munich. In Moscow – like in all Paulaner Bräuhaus establishments around the world – only Paulaner beer brewed on location and in strict accordance with the German purity law is being served. The in-house microbrewery – complete with brewhouse, fermentation tanks, storage tanks and bar tanks – will, on a daily basis, guarantee the full-bodied taste of freshly tapped Paulaner beer.
The Paulaner Bräuhaus in Moscow
Perfect for all beer enthusiasts in Moscow: the Bräuhaus offers room for 376 guests in the restaurant area, 10 guests along the bar as well as approx. 35 guests in an atmospheric lounge area. In addition, a cosy roof terrace in traditional Bavarian beer-garden-style with a further 200 seats will be completed in the coming months. Every day from 8 am to 1 am, a total of 120 staff will take good care of all the guests – customer satisfaction is the top priority of the German restaurant manager, Uwe Lindner.
