Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and confectionary shop, will be expanding in the Florida market with the opening of its newest location at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa in December 2019. Sugar Factory will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops.
“We are thrilled about the growth of our restaurant concept with the 25th location inside Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa,” says Sugar Factory managing partner, Tom Recine. “Casinos are the perfect places for our lively atmosphere and playful menu, and with guests already in such an upbeat mood we thought it would be perfect to offer a restaurant that mirrored that attitude.”
The dining room, replete with red tufted banquets, crystal chandeliers and antique brass accents will be accompanied by multiple Instagrammable moments including Sugar Factory’s famous candy wall. Sugar Factory’s menu will feature signature items such as Rainbow Sliders, The Big Cheesy Monster Burger, Chinese Chicken Salad, Fettuccini Alfredo with Shrimp, 8oz Black Angus Filet, Insane Milkshakes and specialty pizzas. Sugar Factory’s legendary desserts will also grace the menu, including the famous King Kong Sundae – 24 scoops of ice cream topped with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce, giant swirly pops and more, serving up to 12 people.
