Ryan Howard has been promoted to Field Sales Manager-Foodservice of Dole Packaged Foods, LLC. He replaces Stuart McAllister, who has moved up to Vice President of Sales and Marketing-Foodservice & Industrial. As Field Sales Manager-Foodservice, he will oversee and coordinate the activities of four Regional Sales Managers, and work closely with brokers, distributors and operators in targeted industry segments to build relationships and drive sales of existing and new products. He will be based at Dole Packaged Foods headquarters in Westlake Village, CA.
Ryan assumes the Field Sales Manager position after two years as Dole Western Regional Sales Manager-Foodservice. In that role, he demonstrated impressive skills in broker management, as well as direct operator and distributor sales. His resumé also includes regional and district management positions with Heinz, Dannon, and T. Marzetti Company.
Ryan earned his undergraduate degree at University of Texas, San Antonio, and his MBA at the University of Phoenix.
