Lactalis Culinary announced that the classic Precious and Sorrento cheese brands, will be combined into one national brand in foodservice — Sorrento mozzarella cheeses. Both brands represent 60 years of tradition and quality, and combining them under one brand will strengthen recognition and loyalty among foodservice industry operators.
Both the Precious and Sorrento brands have been known for their tradition of following the true Italian Pasta Filata style of classic mozzarella cheese with high quality, high yield and exceptional performance. As the Precious brand transitions under Sorrento, foodservice operators will not experience any changes to the unique formula on which they have come to depend.
