Piero’s Italian Cuisine, the beloved Las Vegas fine dining restaurant, located at 355 Convention Center Dr., will celebrate Memorial Day by offering a 15% discount to all military personnel during Memorial Day weekend on Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26. Piero’s will be closed on Memorial Day.  

While Piero’s will be closed on Memorial Day, veterans and active-duty military can still enjoy the restaurant’s iconic ambiance and menu from 5 to 9:30 p.m. throughout Memorial Day weekend. Signature dishes include Sunday Gravy featuring rigatoni, meatballs, Italian sausage and ricotta, priced at $43; truffle cream orecchiette with prosciutto, English peas, garlic, boursin and parmesan, priced at $42; and jumbo shrimp scampi prepared with zucchini, tomato, lemon, garlic and chili, priced at $52. Piero’s well-versed staff can also provide pairing options from the restaurant’s expansive wine list or one of the signature cocktails prepared by expert mixologists.
