Opus One Winery CEO, Chris Lynch, and Vice President of National Sales, Scott Gould, announce the appointments of Chris Blanchard, MS as Northwest Regional Sales Manager and Sriti Fusillo as Southwest Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Blanchard will be responsible for all Opus One sales in Northern California as well as the Northwestern states. Ms. Fusillo will be responsible for all Opus One sales in Southern California in addition to the Southwestern states. Both Mr. Blanchard and Ms. Fusillo will work directly with our distribution trade partners by supporting accounts and overseeing all allocations.
Opus One Expands Sales Team
Chris comes to Opus One after an extensive career as the National Sales Manager for Vine Hill Ranch. Chris also holds the title, Master Sommelier, and is a co-founder of the United Sommeliers Foundation. Says Mr. Blanchard, “After nearly 30 years in the wine industry, I am proud to have arrived at what I consider to be the pinnacle of my career, Opus One Winery. I have always admired the wines from this incredible Oakville property, and now as the newest member of the team, I am so excited to continue the legacy of this iconic winery and to tell this unique story to the legions of new sommeliers, wine directors and retailers throughout Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.”
Having most recently served as the Director of National Sales for Morlet Family Vineyards, Sriti brings great expertise with sales in the wine industry. Says Ms. Fusillo, “Since starting my career in the wine industry, my dream was to work for a world-renowned, luxury winery that produced exceptional wine, was rich with history and was comprised of superbly talented people; a perfect description of Opus One.
