Opus One Winery CEO, Christopher Lynch, and Vice President of Communications and Guest Relations, Christopher Barefoot, are pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Scott as the Executive Chef. Ms. Scott will be responsible for the entire culinary program at Opus One in a manner that reflects the spirit and uncompromising hospitality of our founders.

Beyond Meat® Launches Beyond Chicken® Tenders
Ms. Scott is a culinary leader and influencer in the Napa Valley, in addition to being an accomplished writer. She led the opening of the Robert Mondavi Wine and Food Center in Costa Mesa, CA, and later moved back up to Napa Valley to take on the role of Senior Executive Chef at Robert Mondavi Winery. Over the years, Ms. Scott has had the great fortune to work with some of the biggest names in the culinary world including Pierre Gagnaire, Paul Bocuse, Alice Waters and many others. Most recently, she operated her own catering business and started “Comfort Food To-Go” during the pandemic, preparing meals weekly for over 400 customers.
