Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa Appoints Lisa Luna to Director of Marketing, Responsible for Developing and Executing the Property’s Marketing Strategy

Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Director of Marketing, Lisa Luna. Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa is set amid a mountainous backdrop surrounded by palm trees and sits as an idyllic resort in Palm Springs – a setting for countless activities and memorable moments in the Coachella Valley.

With more than a decade of experience in Public Relations and Marketing, Luna brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas team. Luna began with the Omni Rancho Las Palmas team back in 2015, where she started as a Marketing Manager and rose to a Senior Marketing Manager at the resort. After just over four years, Lisa shifted to a position of Director of Marketing at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas, where she was responsible for developing and executing the resort’s overall marketing strategy for just shy of five years. Lisa has since relocated back to Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa, where she will manage the marketing team, create campaigns and oversee branding and hotel revenue from various marketing channels.

Lisa’s switch back to Omni Rancho Las Palmas was driven by her passion for the resort and knowledge in its capabilities, as well as a desire to be challenged in the hospitality field. “I am beyond thrilled to return to the team at Omni Rancho Las Palmas and bring my passion for marketing, wellness, and travel to the resort. I believe that the world of hospitality is based on how you make the people around you feel and help them create memories and milestones, and Omni Rancho Las Palmas is primed to be a West Coast leader in this ideology.”

Based in Palm Springs, Lisa enjoys mentoring, reading, and writing in her free time. She has had more than 50 manuscripts published and translated both domestically and in Asia.
