Celebrating its five-year anniversary, Montage Kapalua Bay has announced significant property enhancements to the 24-acre, picturesque resort. Last year, all 50 of the residential-style, multi-bedroom suites were refreshed, providing guests with an elevated luxury experience. This year, Montage Kapalua Bay has unveiled a new dinner-only restaurant, The Hideaway at Kapalua Bay, as well as a revamped menu at its signature restaurant, Cane & Canoe. At Spa Montage Kapalua Bay, residents and guests will now experience premier Swiss skincare line, Valmont, one of Montage Hotels & Resorts’ new brand partners. In honor of the resort’s milestone, Montage Kapalua Bay is also offering a 5th Anniversary Package to invite guests to fully experience Hawaiian luxury at its finest.

New Restaurant: The Hideaway at Kapalua Bay
Maui’s new dining destination, The Hideaway, located adjacent to Cane & Canoe, is designed as a casual and welcoming gathering space, ideal for family, friends and locals alike. Led by Chef de Cuisine Robert Barrera, The Hideaway caters to guests who are longing to unwind and reconnect over island-inspired seasonal meals and freshly crafted cocktails. Signature dishes include Big Eye Tuna Tartare, West Coast Oysters, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and Coconut Shrimp Satay. Presenting an intimate, contemporary Hawaiian setting, the restaurant welcomes guests with indoor and outdoor seating and sweeping views of the resort’s gardens. Cane & Canoe’s signature dining experience has been elevated to an even higher level with a focus on the finest cuts and freshest seafood on Maui. Signature dishes and USDA prime cuts include Tomahawk Rib Chop, Wagyu Ribeye, Ora King Salmon Sashimi, Big Eye Ahi Poke, and more.
