In this pivotal role, Garcia will lead the resort’s renowned culinary operations, overseeing BH Prime, Atlantikós, La Gourmandise, and The St. Regis Bar, as well as all events, banquets, and in-room dining. His appointment reinforces the resort’s continued commitment to excellence, innovation, and refined service synonymous with the St. Regis brand.
A seasoned hospitality professional with over 30 years of industry experience, Garcia joins The St. Regis Bal Harbour from SLS South Beach, where he served as Executive Director of Food & Beverage. There, he oversaw eight celebrated venues, including The Bazaar by José Andrés and Katsuya, achieving double-digit profitability growth and top TripAdvisor rankings among Miami Beach’s premier fine dining destinations.
Throughout his illustrious career, Garcia has worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs and world-class culinary brands, leading high-profile events such as Taste of SLS and the South Beach Wine & Food Festival. His strategic approach to blending operational excellence with creative flair has earned him industry recognition as a leader who inspires teams and elevates the guest experience.
