Lionfish Modern Coastal Cuisine Announces Ocean Friendly Certification by the Surfrider Foundation

The newly opened Lionfish Modern Coastal Cuisine (435 Fifth Ave. San Diego, Ca. 92101) located inside of Pendry San Diego is extremely proud and honored to join the ranks of elite restaurants in San Diego, and nationally, certified as Ocean Friendly by the Surfrider Foundation. From the front of the house to back of the house, Lionfish has implemented proper recycling practices throughout the entire restaurant. We are proactively helping to significantly reduce the harmful impact on San Diego’s ocean and beaches by reducing disposable waste.
