w entering their sixteenth year, branding and interactive agency, IdeaWork Studios has developed brands and creative strategies for some of the most esteemed names in fine dining. Most recently, the agency developed comprehensive brand strategies, identities, and interactive components for two of the most highly anticipated dining venues: Chef Eric Ripert’s Le Bernardin Privé and Aldo Sohm Wine Bar.
Le Bernardin Privé expands Chef Ripert’s Michelin three-starred New York City restaurant, Le Bernardin, offering a private dining venue for parties large and small. Aldo Sohm Wine Bar showcases Master Sommelier Aldo Sohm’s selection of wines, paired with light fare developed by Chef Ripert. IdeaWork created all branding elements and activations for these inspiring additions to this internationally renowned mainstay.
“Both venues are stand-alone entities,” explains Jay Schwartz, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of IdeaWork Studios. “Given that each space is unique, it warranted separate brand strategies, embodying the individual ethos of each venue. Our work was comprehensive – from the development of logos and color palettes, illustrations and menu designs, to collateral and other requisite branded business elements.
