Chef Prathapan arrives with nearly two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, beginning his journey in India before refining his craft at Montage Laguna Beach, the Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas, and Balboa Bay Resort & Club. Trained in modern French techniques and driven by a passion for storytelling through food, he blends nutrition, sustainability, and seasonal sourcing to create dishes that resonate with both flavor and purpose.
