Stuffed; and Pimento Stuffed.  Olinda Olives and California-certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil is supplied to restaurants, distributors, and specialty retail stores throughout the US, and is available for online purchase direct to consumers.

 Known for its commitment to natural curing and fermentation methods, West Coast Products’ handpicked olives are cured in salt-brine for months; no lye is used in any product.  Once pitted, the new line of olives is hand-stuffed and hand-packed, reinforcing the company’s philosophy of artisan, time-honored values.
