Join us at Feast Restaurant (1616 N. Damen Ave.) on October 8, 2014 at 7 pm for a farm-to-table Pig Roast dinner with Penrose Brewing and Local Foods Grocer. Guests will be greeted with a reception beer that will lead into a four course sit-down dinner, each course featuring locally-sourced foods, such as Mussels with Garlic & Chorizo, Blue Cheese Jalapeno Cornbread, Whole Roasted Pig with Napa Cabbage and Apple Slaw, and Heirloom Black Turtle Beans all accompanied by Penrose beer. An exclusive bourbon-inspired abbey ale called Maillard (pronounced ‘My Yard’) has been brewed specially for our dessert course and will be available the night of the event only.
