Fall Cocktails

Fall has finally arrived. Time to bring out your favorite fall sweater and some delicious cocktails to toast the new season (and the drop in temperature)! CASCAL is introducing the Blueberry Thyme cocktail. It’s the perfect way to relax after spending a day admiring the fall foliage or to complement your favorite fall recipe– apple pie anyone?

illy issimo is also gearing up for Autumn with their Blood Orange Mochaccino, a decadent and colorful cocktail that’s a great fit for your Thanksgiving dinner or your upcoming Halloween Party!

Blueberry Thyme
1 oz vodka
5 blueberries
2 sprigs fresh thyme
dash of lemon juice
2 oz Cascal Berry Cassis Natural Soft Drink

Method:
In the bottom of a mixing glass muddle the blueberries and lemon juice with 1 small sprig of thyme. Fill with ice, pour in vodka and shake hard. Strain out into Rocks glass filled with ice and top off with Cascal Berry Cassis Soft Drink. Stir gently. Garnish with sprig of thyme.

Blood Orange Mochaccino
can of illy issimo Mochaccino
1oz. blood orange infused vodka
1/6 oz. simple syrup
Garnish with an orange slice

Method:
Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1oz Blood Orange Infused Vodka. Add 1/6oz Simple Syrup. Add Issimo Mochaccino. Shake vigorously several times in a back and forth motion. Pour into glass straining the ice. Garnish with slice of orange.
