Slow Juicing is extremely efficient, easy to use and is quieter in comparison to its predecessors. The Fagor Slow Juicer uses a 2-step process in which the juice is extracted from the fruit or vegetable twice before it enters your glass. The auger, the main component of the unit, precisely squeezes the food without shredding or grinding it, helping you to get more juice in your glass.
Cleaning the Fagor Slow Juicer is very easy when switching between juices. Just pour water through the unit when switching juices or it can be easily disassembled for a more thorough cleaning. As soon as you begin the juicing process, the Slow Juicer automatically begins to separate the pulp from the juice while a rotating basket and brush cleans the filter.
