My name is Stephen and I’m an FDNY firefighter in the Bronx who has a passion for cooking.

My partner runs our social media, bookings and handles the photography while I do the cooking and content creation. Together, we own ParkwayEats.

Food has always been a passion since I was little and the way I bonded with my family was through learning how to Cook. I’m Colombian, Cuban and Italian which means I was able to get a variety of knowledge from my grandmothers when learning as a child.

Cooking has been my self care, my love language and my dream. The pandemic created an opportunity to be able to take the leap and start as a private chef and I’ve had the honor of being able to work with the Mondrian Park Avenue, 3 months into business.
