Chef Joel McLendon To Lead Dining Experience at Soundside Beach Club & Grill
MERRY HILL, N.C., July 23, 2015 The Soundside Beach Club & Grill, a casual dining restaurant at Scotch Hall Preserve, announces the hiring of Chef Joel F. McLendon. Chef McLendon brings over 20 years of culinary experience to his new post.
Having worked as an executive chef in a variety of impressive restaurants from Asheville, North Carolina to Bangkok, Thailand, Chef McLendon brings with him a unique blend of experience, talent, education and innovation. McLendon is known for his passion for serving fresh, imaginative food and fusing food styles from around the world.
