Following CFS Brands’ acquisition of The Foodware Group in October 2023, Elaine Shen, Winco’s current President, has been named Executive Vice President – Foodservice Channel for CFS Brands, effective January 1, 2024. In this capacity, Elaine will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and development of CFS Brands’ worldwide foodservice brands portfolio. She will also continue to oversee sales and marketing efforts for both Winco and G.E.T.

With 15 years of experience in the foodservice industry, Elaine has served as the President of Winco for the past 5 years. Prior to that, she held the position of VP of Marketing & Product Development at Winco. A certified public accountant with a degree in business, Elaine is a highly accomplished leader with expertise in business development and people leadership, as well as a demonstrated ability to build and maefficient nage and productive business units.
