Bolay, the rapidly growing fast-casual restaurant chain that has made a huge splash across Florida, named Jordan O’Day Operating Partner for its new Palm Beach Gardens location set to open summer of 2019. Jordan joined the Bolay team in 2017 and rose quickly to become an integral team member and proven leader.
