BITE INTO NATIONAL TACO DAY AT CABO WABO CANTINA WITH PORK BELLY TACOS

Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will take a bite out of National Taco Day on Wednesday, Oct. 4 with a pork belly taco plate, available Thursday, Sept. 28 through Thursday, Oct. 10.

Pork Belly Tacos on National Taco Day at Cabo Wabo Cantina

Cabo Wabo’s festive tacos will be served on corn tortillas with fried pork belly and topped with radishes, guacamole, red onion, cilantro and queso fresca. The plate will come with three tacos and a side of rice, beans and tomatillo avocado salsa, priced at $24.95. In addition, Cabo Wabo’s full menu of delicious tacos will be available, including crispy beef tacos filled with shredded beef shot ribs, salsa arbol, lettuce, sour cream, cotija cheese, served on corn tortillas; and shrimp tacos with grilled shrimp, shredded lettuce, chipotle aioli, fresh tomatoes, cilantro, lime, topped with pickled onions and served on flour tortillas, among others.

Guests can pair their tacos with one of Cabo Wabo’s signature cocktails including the Tamarind Margarita, made with Sammy’s own Santo Blanco Tequila, lime juice, Triple Sec and house-made tamarind syrup, served on the rocks; Sammy’s Toasted Colada, made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Coco Lopez, and fresh pineapple juice, served on the rocks with a toasted coconut rim; or house-made sangria, available in rojo and blanco; among other favorites.
