As a leader, she has exemplified her dedication to creating value in the industry through diversity, inclusion and engagement. As a result, she has made a lasting impact and serves as a role model to industry professionals.

Since her humble beginnings in the early 90s, Kim’s enthusiasm and professionalism has won her long-lasting relationships in the bar and restaurant industry. Throughout her work on hundreds of projects, Kim has grown with her beverage consultancy, Liquid Architecture, both domestically and internationally.

During the pandemic, Kim raised and distributed over $10 million to bartenders in the United States through her Board of Directors role with the United States Bartenders Guild. Kim is also the author of the best selling 101 cocktail series with Houghton Mifflin and has guest appeared on the TODAY Show, The Early Show, and more across her time in the industry.
