Apple, Pecan & Blue Cheese Spread
Prep Time: 10 min. plus refrigerating
Makes: 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. each
Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Breakstone’s Greek Style Sour Cream
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
  • 1 apple, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped red onions
  • ¼ cup chopped toasted PLANTERS Pecans

Make It:

  1. MIX reduced-fat cream cheese and Greek-style sour cream in medium bowl until blended.
  2. ADD remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. REFRIGERATE 2 hours.

Lemon-Glazed Brussels SproutsLemon-Glazed Brussels Sprouts
Prep Time: 25 min.
Makes: 4 servings, 1-1/4 cups each
Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Breakstone’s Greek Style Sour Cream
  • 8 cups halved trimmed fresh Brussels sprouts
  • ¼ cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
  • 1 tsp. each lemon zest and juice
  • ½ tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Make It:

  1. COOK Brussels sprouts in boiling water 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  3. DRAIN Brussels sprouts.
  4. Add to dressing mixture; toss to coat.
