Apple Dream
Ingredients:
- two parts sugar to one part water.
- Bring ingredients to boil then simmer with two sweet red apples sliced, a cinnamon stick, 6 cloves and a vanilla pod.
- Slowly simmer for 10 minutes.
Garnish:
- Apple fan, dust with cinnamon
Apple Smash
Ingredients
- 1 2/3 oz. Caorunn Gin
- 6 ¾ oz. Fentimans tonic water
- ¼ Red Apple
- ¼ Green Apple
- 2 Cloves
Method:
- Muddle the quartered apples into the gin in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the cloves and shake hard until cold.
- Double strain over cubed ice and top up with Fentimans tonic water.
Garnish:
- Sliced red and green apples
